Invite Karen to speak.
Karen Fitch is an author, entrepreneur, community builder, network marketing leader, and credibility strategist. She teaches entrepreneurs and organizations how useful communication earns trust, builds community, starts conversations, and creates opportunities for revenue. She is available for live events, company conferences, leadership gatherings, workshops, virtual trainings, Zoom team calls, panels, podcasts, and interviews.
Available for live events, company conferences, leadership gatherings, workshops, virtual trainings, Zoom team calls, panels, podcasts, and interviews.
She has built the business, led the team, grown the community, and rebuilt her life.
Karen grew up in an entrepreneurial network marketing family. She watched the work up close long before she ever led it.
At 19, after her freshman year of college, she began helping her father build the Facebook presence for A Better Way to Farm. She worked behind the strategy: hooks, calls to action, useful content, comments, direct messages, audience engagement, and organic lead generation. She posted for six months without a single lead. Then she learned what was missing and helped turn useful information and real conversations into a thriving online community.
Karen teaches from work she has actually done. The lessons she shares are the ones she learned the hard way, in public, one post and one person at a time.
In December 2019, everything stopped.
After her second neurosurgery in less than a month, Karen woke paralyzed for the second time. She experienced respiratory failure, required a tracheostomy and a ventilator, and at times communicated through eye blinks or a squeeze of her left hand.
She spent six months in the hospital across six hospitals in three states. Today she has the use of her left arm and hand and runs much of her work from her phone.
Because her family had already built their business and community online, they had the practical and financial freedom to remain with her around the clock while the business continued. That is not a coincidence. It is the point. Preparation is an act of faith, and the credibility and community you build before the storm can become a life raft when life changes.
Sometimes the life you save isn't your own.
The work behind this message has been tested in real life.
These are years of leadership, sales, sponsorship, contribution, and community building. They are not a résumé wall. They are proof Karen shows up, does the work, and earns the room.
President's Club
Pace Setter of the Year
Breakthrough Leader of the Year
Top Sponsoring Team, Two Years in a Row
Million Dollar Director
Judith A. Herbster Award
Outstanding Contribution Award
Director Rank, Achieved Shortly After Graduating from College
Awarded by Meta as a top 200 community builder
A few of these honors carry added context worth sharing. Karen Livesay Fitch was listed by Conklin as a Director and as a panelist in leadership and agricultural-business sessions at the 2018 Conklin National Convention. A 2017 Conklin Vision publication ranked Director Karen Livesay first in Director Organization Sponsorship for April, with 11 sponsorships.
Judith A. Herbster served as Conklin's President and COO, and was the first and only woman to serve as president in the company's then 48-year history. Karen knew Judith from infancy and has publicly credited Judith's example of service, excellence, faith, family, and business. That is what gives the Judith A. Herbster Award its personal meaning for Karen. This is context, not a definition of what the award required.
Karen is also publicly identified as a co-host of A Better Way to Farm Podcast with her father, Rod Livesay. That experience is part of why she is comfortable with long-form conversation and interviews.

For annual conventions, company-wide gatherings, and distributor events. I bring a message your people can remember and use the moment they leave the room.
Live Keynotes
For mainstage sessions where you need one clear idea to land for hundreds or thousands of people. I keep it specific, practical, and built around your audience.
Leadership Gatherings & Retreats
For executive teams, top leaders, and field leadership. We go deeper into how credibility, community, and service shape the way a team leads and grows.
Team Trainings & Workshops
For sales teams, distributor organizations, and field groups. We work through how everyday communication builds or costs trust, and what to do about it.
Virtual Trainings & Zoom Team Calls
For remote teams, weekly calls, and online trainings. Same message, delivered in a way that keeps a remote room engaged and paying attention.
Podcasts, Panels & Media Conversations
For guest interviews, panel discussions, and media. I welcome real questions and go past the highlight reel into what actually builds a life and a business.
Five conversations I can tailor to your people.
These are territories, not fixed titles. Tell me what your audience needs and we will shape the talk around them.
Building credibility that turns relationships into revenue
How clear, useful content helps people understand what you do, trust you, and start conversations that can lead to business. I break down what makes someone credible online and how consistent, useful content creates stronger relationships, better conversations, and more opportunities.
Afterward: Your people leave able to make it obvious who they help, what they offer, and why someone should respond.
Community before the storm
I connect the work of building the A Better Way to Farm online community with the practical and financial freedom that let my family stay with me across six hospitals in three states while the business kept running. Preparation is an act of faith, and the community you build before the storm can become a life raft when life changes.
Afterward: Your people see why building community now, before they need it, is one of the most practical things they can do.
Leadership when life changes overnight
After my second neurosurgery in December 2019, I woke paralyzed, went through respiratory failure, and spent months on a ventilator. I rebuilt my work with the use of my left arm and my phone. I share this with faith, candor, and no pity, and connect it to leading, adapting, and continuing when circumstances change.
Afterward: Your people leave with a grounded example of leading through change instead of waiting for perfect conditions.
Service-first social media
I posted for six months without a single lead. Then I learned to share useful information, explain the offer clearly, answer questions, and build trust one person at a time. I show the practical shift from posting and hoping to serving and connecting.
Afterward: Your people leave with a service-first approach to content and relationships they can use the same day.
Building from where you are
Faith, adaptability, family, and a willingness to work with what I have. This is a practical message for people who cannot wait for perfect conditions to start or to keep going. I show how the tools in your hand, even a phone, are enough to begin.
Afterward: Your people leave ready to take the next step with what they already have, where they already are.
Practical takeaways, not just a good time.
How to make it obvious who they help and what they offer.
How useful content builds trust before a sale is ever mentioned.
How to start natural conversations from posts, comments, and replies.
How to serve people without hiding the offer.
How to build community that supports a business.
How to keep leading when circumstances change.
